Client Sales Support

Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, this predominantly office based position will assist and develop Company and product sales activities for increased volume and profitable growth. The successful applicant will follow up, progress to order to place status and administer sales enquiries and quotations as directed by the Sales Office Manager. The post holder will be responsible for providing daily/weekly/monthly or as required verbal and written updates for sales enquiries and quotations and reports of competitor activity. This role is sales order achievement driven.

 

Estimating Technician

This is an office-based position reporting to the Sales Office Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the calculation and preparation of quotations after receiving requests from external clients and from other departments within the business. The post holder will require good communication abilities in order to gather sufficient information to allow correct preparation of quotations utilising our Company Business System and will be responsible for issuing quotations to clients, recording in line with Company procedures, contributing to improved pre-sales processes.

 

Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Coordinator

Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, this is a predominantly office based position but will include client site visits when required. The successful applicant will coordinate production of installation operations documentation and systems to ensure operations are undertaken in a manner which fully complies with recognised legislative, health and safety, quality and environmental standards. A full driving license is essential for this role and ideally applicants will hold an industry recognised construction qualification, i.e. NEBOSH or equivalent.

 

Contracts Coordinator

Reporting to the Contracts Team Manager, this predominantly office based position will have responsibility for all aspects of allocated contract coordination ensuring all are completed on time, to customer satisfaction, and within contractual terms.

 

Key personal skills required for all of the above positions will include, but are not limited to: a willingness to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities given to the position, with the drive and flexibility to look ahead and plan accordingly; an openness to appreciate, work alongside and understand all other departments and the Company as a whole; a well organised approach with good communication skills and the ability to work within a team whilst promoting a positive working environment; excellent IT abilities with good numeracy and literacy skills plus attention to detail.

Successful applicants will ensure all Technocover policies and procedures are implemented and followed, whilst actively promoting and participating in the Technocover Company culture of continual improvement.
