At Technocover we always have the safety and wellbeing of our employees as our top priority.
Technocover products and services support critical national infrastructure and help secure and protect many vital assets of the nations’ main utility providers. As such several of our clients have extended Government recognised Key Worker Status to us, along with their own personnel, giving us an ongoing opportunity to help support the national effort in maintaining crucial utility supplies to the population during the current crisis.
To this end we have now resumed production at our Welshpool site to near full capacity. Our site delivery and installation services have also now resumed at reduced capacity and will gradually increase over the coming weeks based on customer demand and subject to any travel or accommodation restrictions.
We are operating strictly in accordance with Government guidelines and have adapted our working practices to ensure the continued protection of our staff. Measures taken include minimum 2m social distancing, provision of additional PPE where necessary, increased hand washing / sanitisation stations, increased cleaning of all staff welfare facilities, and staggered start, break and finish times.
Aside from a small number of production support personnel, most of our administrative staff continue to work from home. Our Sales, Technical, Contracts and Finance departments remain fully operational and available at all times to deal with your requirements, so don’t hesitate to contact us. Please be assured that a high standard of ongoing customer service is our primary objective.

We are very grateful to the NHS, our thoughts and condolences are with all those who have lost loved ones to the virus, and we look forward to the gradual economic and social restoration of our Great Britain.....we’ll get through this together.
